Position: Internal Audit
Location: Centurion
Salary: R600K (highly negotiable)
Describtion:
- My client, a global financial services organisation, is looking to recruit an experienced banking Internal Auditor.
Responsibilities:
- The business is engaged in a wide range of banking activities including;
- commercial lending and commercial bond trading
- project finance and dealing on the foreign currency markets.
- The role holder will work as part of a small internal audit team and lead/participate in audit engagements, reporting to the head of the team.
Requirements:
- Internal Audit Banking Degree/CIA
- The suitable candidate for this position should come from a banking background and ideally hold a relevant internal audit or accountancy qualification.
- A good understanding of South African banking regulations and experience of working across areas such as operational, credit and/or market risk will be advantageous.
