Robert Half are recruiting for a private equity backed global property company based in central London. The client is looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their growing team.

Role

The Management Accountant role for the private equity backed global property company based in central London consists of the following responsibilities:

The Management Accountant - EMEA is responsible for producing timely and accurate financial and management information to enable the Directors to make informed decisions.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare monthly P & L including commentary on all material variances

· Prepare and process month end journals/reclassifications

· Ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliations are prepared for all accounts

· Manage monthly accruals and prepayments

· Assists with the preparation of the annual budgets for the EMEA Region

· Assist the FC to prepare for the annual statutory audit

Engage with other departments within the business in order to ensure that information both in and out of Finance is readily available, presentable and of value

Profile

To be a successful applicant for the Management Accountant role for the private equity backed global property company based in central London you must meet the following criteria:

Qualifications & experience

• You must be a qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA accountant.
• You must have management accounting experience from a previous role.
• Computer literate with good IT skills, especially the use of Excel spreadsheets
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic style, ensuring attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Comfortable working within a small office and ability to work using own initiative and unsupervised where necessary

Salary & Benefits

£48,000 - £52,000

plus, a company bonus

The salary range/rates of pay are dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
