Job Description

Intel's Human Resources group is responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the best and brightest employees while continuing to strengthen the company's culture and values. Intel Human Resources provides first–rate, cost–effective services and support to employees worldwide and is dedicated to advancing Intel's business goals.

As a business analyst focused on trending and analytics, you will provide clear, insightful, and predictive analysis to support decision making for HR services and operations. You will work closely with Program Offices, technology, operations, and other HR organizations to connect disparate data sources to monitor and predict business performance, perform statistical analysis addressing business challenges, and make recommendations to senior leadership.

In addition, you will help drive the future of analytics in GES and Global Shared Services through the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide in–depth insights and recommendations that solve business challenges as well as your ability to provide highly consumable data to the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver analytics–driven insights to the HRES teams (HR Call Center, Lifecycle Operations and key COE stakeholders and business partners, etc.)
  • Drive the approach to solve a business problem through data analysis and understand the business to the point of being able to identify opportunities as soon as they arise
  • Compile, synthesize, disseminate, and socialize customer insights from multiple touch points, both quantitative and qualitative; lead the execution of qualitative consumer research studies
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and/or use customer feedback to answer strategic questions
  • Create engaging, inspiring and informative presentations that are shared across HRES
  • Partner with Regional GES leaders on reporting needs and on gaining input from regional service centers to insure holistic and global view of employee insights
  • Lead and partner on a "Feedback Closed Loop Process" which collects and delivers insights around employee feedback, call center contacts and employee input to help drive friction out of the employee experience and reduce employee dependency on call centers for support.
  • What we're looking for:

  • Are you a great storyteller, someone who can turn complex data into meaningful stories using advanced analytics, statistics and visualization? Are you able to provide information in a compelling way to help our leaders and managers make key business decisions?
  • You will work on a global scale to ensure that GES is accurately tracking, reporting and analyzing critical data gathered within the Employee Care Centers to make proper business decisions, understand the impact of the employee experience and help influence change across HR as it relates to improving the employee experience
  • This position requires strong technical and analytical skills, superior influencing skills, high detail–orientation, excellent written and verbal communication, HR business acumen, and a desire to look for new challenges. You will be on top of trends in analytics and insights; understand the intricacies of service operations around the globe and understand the opportunities to serve our employees in a way that elevates the Intel employee experience
  • You will also apply predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting, and machine learning techniques to solve business challenges and maximize business performance

  • Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
