A new and high performing venture capital fund is looking to hire their first CFO in London. This is the perfect role for a finance professional with experience in venture capital, who has experience in all aspects of fund operations; from fund accounting to HR & legal responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the operation of finance, fund accounting and administration
- Ensure regulation and compliance for the UK FCA entity
- Manage HR admin and recruiting, also general office management
- Manage all tax affairs
- Complete portfolio reviews with the investment team
- Assist with structuring of funds
YOUR PROFILE:
- Ideally experienced in venture capital, or at least private equity funds
- Prior experience at CFO/FD level
- Hold a passion for technology or the venture capital industry generally
- Experience in managing a team and being a cultural role model
- Ambitious and driven, keen to take on a project and make it work
