What will your typical day look like?
In your new role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Legal Practice operates in accordance with best practice in respect of day to day operations and file/matter management, and regulatory compliance. You will work with the Partners/Legal Practitioner Directors to provide support for organisational change in a complex and diverse work environment, assisting to develop the needs and support the growth of the Partners and staff to meet the requirements of the legal practice's long-term strategic goals.

You are a commercially focused and strategically minded Senior Practice Manager who is looking to step into something new and join our growing national legal practice. You will come with exceptional organisational, people and communication skills with commercial acumen and a passion for working with the legal profession.

With 7-10 years PQE and a degree in law, you will have worked in legal practice management and have had some exposure to legal regulatory compliance. With a drive to improve the management of practice in innovative and value adding ways, you will be able to multi-task and have demonstrable experience working with and building quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
