Finance Director Designate

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting exclusively for Finance Director Designate to join a growing international business.

The business has grown substantially through both acquisitions and organically, recently having its most successful year ever. The niche manufacturing firm are looking for an individual who is capable of taking the business to the next level and allowing it to expand even further.

Role

The role will require an experienced manufacturing Financial Controller who is looking for their next step. The role will be reporting into the global CFO and will require full UK and European reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to really drive the business forward, through improvement of business efficiency, reporting and strategic input.

Profile

The ideal candidate will;

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with at least 3 years PQE in industry
• Working as a Financial Controller within a manufacturing environment
• Systems savvy with a track record of system improvements and implementation
• US GAAP, UK GAAP knowledge

Salary & Benefits

Up to £70,000

£5,000 car allowance

Bonus scheme

10% employer pension contributions (rising to 15%)

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
