Client Account Executive

A growing and leading Accountancy business in Watford are looking to recruit a Client Account Executive on a permanent full time basis. Busy and varied role paying a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 with great benefits and career progression.

This role will involve support a back office function and providing support to the billings and inhouse team. You will get involved with project organisation, finance system control and much needed e-administration.

Client Details

My client are a leading Accountancy company based in the heart of Watford. They have many different arms to their business and a large client base in the UK and beyond. Due to growth they are looking to recruit a Client Account Executive on a permanent basis to assist the back office team with Co-ordinating projects and providing a comprehensive budet for the piece of work being carried out. This is a highly administrative and fast paced role which involves alot of stakeholder management and good organisation and reporting skills.

Description

• Provide administrative support to a Billings and Back Office team
• Using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties
• Helping the team with project planning, client communications, financial administration, budget preparation and data entry risk administration
• Providing excellent client service support
• Preparing and assisting with client communications
• Attending internal meetings with senior leaders
• Financial administration, budget preparation and analysis
• Project planning, progress monitoring and reporting
  
  

Profile

• A background in a similar role is essential, ideally someone with a background in Projects/Client Administration/Support/Budgeting and Forecasting prep
• Living local to Watford
• Enthusiasm and passion to deliver exceptional client service
• Confidence with numbers and budget work
• Excellent proven organisation, multi-tasking skills and enjoyment in building strong working relationships
