Finance Manager / Deputy Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and issuance of quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS;
• Annual audits, working with auditors in order to meet the deadlines. Presenting the audited financial statements to necessary bodies for review and approval;
• Preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly reports to investor and management;
• Making sure that all the payments are processed timely and accurately in limits set in the budget for each expense type. Detailed review of invoices and expenses. Cost control against other available benchmarks;
• Cash management, including but not being limited to the placement of the funds;
• Ensuring that all the filings in all the applicable jurisdictions are done in a timely manner;
• Creating and overseeing filing and registration system of all the finance and deal related documents

Requirements:

• Team player
• Higher education: Finance or Economics
• Excellent English — fluent both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of 1 С or any other international accounting software
• Strong IFRS experience
• Working experience in consulting, investment company, family office or investment fund
• Working experience in the position of internal auditor is a big advantage
• Result oriented and initiative being able to deliver the results without heavy involvement from the management
• Excellent presentation, computer and soft skills
• Ready to go on business trips
