财务经理

主要职责：
1. 年度营运计划 Yearly business plan
2. 月度营运计划管理 Monthly business plan management
● 财务的滚动预测Financial rolling forecast
● 可变的固定成本控制Variable fixed cost control
● 变动分析Variable analysis
● 寻找方法达到上/下限Find ways to meet top/bottom line
3. 成本管理Cost Management
● 确保产品成本能够反应真实的成本Make sure product cost reflect real cost
● 推动并驱动成本节约活动Push and drive cost saving activities
● 基于成本目标为工厂提供指导Provide guidance to plant based on target cost
4. 致力于资本管理Working capital management
● DSO, DIO, DPO, E&O
● 固定资产管理（内部&外部）Fixed assets management ( inside & outside)
5. 合规性管理Compliance management
● 符合安施德要求Comply with Amsted requirement
● 符合美中法律要求Comply with US & China regulation
