·Establish financial planning, analysis and controlling system in line with local policies, regulations and GAAP/IFRS
·Develop proper process and tool in budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, performance tracking , procurement and internal control.
·Supervise and monitor financial management of different functions in multiple locations, including R&D, manufacture, commercial, etcs, under the same financial management system and principle of the company.
·Provide effective analysis of monthly actual financial variance analysis, KPIs performance and business reports, analyze cause of unexpected variance, identify and report issues and risks with recommendations to senior management.
·Lead and/or support analysis including ROI of R&D , BD Projects, commercial initiatives, margin improvement, or regulatory change impacts, tax impacts from business process change, etc.
·Provide necessary professional guidance and training to financial staff
