Responsibilities:
Prepare month-end/Quarter-end/Year-end closing,accounts reconciliation and prepare financial reports and analysis formanagement review.
Accurate and timely accounting transactionsreflecting the fair and true state of the business under US GAPP and PRC GAAP
Ensure compliance with corporate policies andrequirements.
Fixed Assets Accounting and Management.
Revenue recognition
Prepare various internal/external reportsrequired by Corporate or government.
Work with projects, relevant for accountingtopics and system changes.
Support with tax team on tax issues.
Support local finance with internal &external auditor for statutory and internal audit.
Improve workflow effectiveness and efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting.
5 years or above full function accountingworking experience with GL, High-tech industry is preferred.
Goodskills at SAP/BPC System and Microsoft Office. Must familiar with SAP system inFI/CO/FA modules.
FluentEnglish with good interpersonal communication skills
Good communication skill, ability to work withcross-functional teams and influence on decision making.
Self-motivated, detail-minded, positiveattitude, sensitive to numbers and willing to learn.
