The Role:

A very exciting opportunity has been made available for an experienced Finance Manager to support the senior manager to meet the management reporting requirements of the Group and the relevant business lines. The role exists to deliver timely, accurate and insightful reporting to all stakeholders both internal and external. You will be joining high performing financial institution renowned for its great team culture, with the opportunity for progression and development in the role. Responsibilities:

• Support the senior manager Platforms Finance to meet the management reporting requirements of Group, BT and the relevant business line
• Ensure the integrity of the monthly financial results and raise management accounting journals as necessary to achieve same
• Check results, run queries and identify anomalies within the General Ledger and Sustainable Reporting Cubes
• Produce timely, accurate and insightful monthly management reports that clearly align financial performance results against targets and forecast incorporating key business drivers and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Analyse and verify actual performance against business case & forecasts and investigate variances
• Maintain benefits models incorporating key revenue and expense drivers.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant team members and peers across finance

Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA Qualified
• 5 years + within financial services
• SQL, Benefits Modeling, TM1 & Cognos Cubes knowledge required
• Working knowledge of wealth management industry/ products / channels
• Working knowledge of key business drivers, performance metrics, multi-dimensional & balanced scorecard concepts
• Working knowledge of reporting & operational processes
• A systematic worker with strong planning and implementation skills and excellent modelling
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with an ability to communicate complex and/or financial issues in an understandable manner

Salary Guide: $120,000 - $130,000 + Superannuation
