Our client is an established and well-funded Fintech which is contending for the Digital Bank license. They are a market leader in their space with clear strategic visions and growth plan for the Asia. Aligned to the license application and business growth plans, they are now recruiting an Head of Finance.
Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including current and future performance, appropriate resource allocation within the business and informing key stakeholders on the position of the business. Provide sound commercial advice and finance support to senior stakeholders and decision makers. Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, banking relationships, vendors and business partners. Whilst future-proofing the processes, you will also lead the team across different locations in Asia and partner the business leaders to understand and manage the risk of the new growing bank. This is a challenging role requiring a game-changer mindset who wants to make an impactful difference to your work and industry!
You have at least 15 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully leading the finance function at a financial institution. Prior experience in a self-starter role in a fast-paced platform is preferred. You are creative, solutions oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, commercial judgement and excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Asian language(s) is an advantage.
