Role Type: Full-time permanent

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker to join our Family Office Group in Sydney. This segment particularly caters to the needs of Ultra High Net Worth Clients and their associated Family Offices and provides a holistic service proposition covering banking, investments, intergenerational wealth transfer and philanthropy. You will be the primary relationship person responsible for providing families with timely and relevant solutions unique to their particular needs. This will be achieved through teaming with the specialists & providing leadership & strategic direction to your Associate Private Banker.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven experience in relationship banking and advice with exposure to Family offices and ability to bring insights to this segment
  
• Strong understanding of Wealth, Markets & Investments
  
• Established Commercial debt structuring knowledge, with transactional banking and cash management capabilities
  
• Demonstrated people leadership & executive management experience
  
• Exceptional communication skills and results oriented with identified ability to deliver outcomes
  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
  
• Business development experience key
