As a Technical Test Analyst in the Assurance Innovation & Disruption team your impact will be seen by:
You are an expert in designing, executing and reporting on risk-based test plans including static and dynamic analysis, API testing, path testing and condition testing. You have experience working with test automation tools and you understand how test automation can be used effectively in your role. Ideally, you hold an ISTQB Advanced Level (or equivalent) certification as a Technical Test Analyst.
You have experience working in a highly regulated enterprise environment where expectations for quality are very high. You carry a strong understanding of risk-based testing and you thrive in a culture that has a focus on continuous improvement.
You have experience working in small teams and you understand the philosophy of Agile software development and the important role that quality assurance plays in a fast-moving digital innovation environment.

As a Technical Test Analyst in the Assurance Innovation & Disruption team your impact will be seen by:
- Executing system and integration test cases using Azure DevOps (formerly Visual Studio Team Foundation Services)
- Owning the defect triage process and ensuring that the right information is captured and reproducible before issues are raised back to the development team
- Creating artificial test datasets for data-driven testing, where applicable for testing complex rules-based logic
- Identifying opportunities for test automation and implementing basic UI-based test automation using tools such as Selenium or Puppeteer with feature file testing
