Our client, a dynamic business services group, have engaged with us exclusively to appoint a Finance Manager to lead their management accounting team for the UK. This Finance Manager role will sit in the UK Head office in High Wycombe and take responsibility for delivering exceptional management accounting and reporting across multiple businesses while also leading the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve quality and speed.
This would be an ideal role for you if you have multiple years of experience in core accounting and management reporting experience but want to take on full ownership of a function where you will be empowered to deliver change and develop a team to deliver value add reporting.
Reporting to the Associate Director, the Finance Manager will take responsibility for:
- Leading and developing a team of 6
- Working across multiple divisions and for multiple senior stakeholders across the business.
- Leading the delivery of high-quality management accounts
- Delivering robust forecasting across multiple sets of management accounts
- Reviewing monthly/quarterly actuals, delivering meaningful variance analysis and commentary to key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Managing the completion of VAT returns and other statutory filings.
- Pro-actively assessing current technology and suggesting/implementing improved tools and solutions
As the successful Finance Manager, you will be a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) accountant and will ideally have experience supervising staff, however someone with basic supervisory experience with eagerness to learn and embrace team management will also be considered.
You will have experience delivering robust management accounts and reviewing core monthly postings for accuracy and integrity while also being a promoter and adopter of new technology to drive efficiencies and improvements.

Salary & Benefits
This Finance Manager role will pay between £45,000 and £55,000 depending one experience plus a competitive benefits package and annual leave.
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
