The role is well suited to a positive, skilled and outgoing Business Developer who has a strong existing client & feeder network within Asia Pacific, particularly Singapore. The role will benefit from previous sales experience that involves the financial industry arena in Asia. To be successful in this demanding segment, you will require the ability to collaborate effectively across products, operations, internal stakeholders, and continuously meeting clients’ expectations, optimizing work processes and maintaining close contacts with the key clients.

Deliverables
  • Develop new business relationships and to maintain existing business network, to generate a pipeline of opportunities and identifying ways to promote fund services and solutions to clients.
  • Lead a team of professionals to provide fund administration services, manage and maintain an active management of client relationship, development of a detailed account plan covering organization mapping, key decision makers, and value articulation.
  • Play an active role in understanding client requirement and ensuring the successful delivery of a proposal and solutions that will meet the client’s needs.
  • Play an active role in ensuring the proposed solution is priced adequately to ensure profitable growth of the business
  • Play an active role in new fund launch by working closely with the Senior Management and other teams to ensure new fund is set up efficiently
  • Play an active role in identifying key events to participate in and to organize seminars and conferences that will lead to increased visibility of the brans to support overall sales growth
  • Cross-selling of additional services and jurisdictions to existing clients
  • Support management to drive positive change in organizational culture
  • Motivate the team by coaching and providing guidance to support career development and drive for performance culture
  • Proactively lead regular conversations with the team to enhance engagement level by understanding their needs and support their ambitions
  • Provide input to the Director for annual team plan and budget
  • Support the implementation of new process, and procedure within the team
  • Organize and in-charge the annual appraisal, target setting and promotion process for the team
