Here's where you come in...
Accountable to the Senior Operations Risk and Assurance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the Member Experience department meet their 1st line risk management, audit and assurance obligations - in accordance with the Fund's Risk Management Framework and supporting policies.
The role supports the Fund's overall 3 lines of defence model.
You'll need...
- To be a high performing individual with a good understanding of how a well-designed and effective assurance program operates within a financial services organisation.
- Proven assurance experience, preferably with exposure to member administration, group life insurance, advice, on-line servicing, and finance, in order to refine and embed a continually evolving risk based assurance program.
- Strong report writing, communication and presentation skills.
- To have a highly organised approach and proven multi task management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organisation and key vendors.
