Accounting Manager，欧美化工 工厂
GENERAL PURPOSE:
This position is the first level of management in a Production or Sampling organization and is Responsible for accurate and timely accounting, GL maintenance and asset management. Complete period end closing, internal & statutory reporting and internal analysis. Assist in the internal and external audit. Play an active role in the implementation of new accounting policy, new tool and BPE projects.
Main Task:
? Keep the accurate and timely accounting, ensure it's in line with corporate policy
? Maintain GL accounts, keep GL account and sub-ledger clean and accurate
? Complete the period-end closing in a timely manner, ensure the accuracy
? Perform the monthly reconciliation of T/B items
? Analyze differences and abnormal items, solve the problem occurred efficiently
? Manage time deposit, cash-flow, annual physical count of fixed asset and stock-taking
? Submit accurate internal and statutory reports timely
? Complete online company annual reporting
? Assist in the internal audit and external audit
? Complete monthly internal control tasks
? Prepare internal SOP and file internal policies
? Play an active role in the implementation of new accounting policy, new tool and BPE projects
? Ad hoc work per requirement
