About the role
This is an exciting time to join our digital team as we start moving and delivering a new capability in the cloud!
This role will ultimately be accountable for code quality, solution output, software engineering output and the end to end delivery cycle of initiatives that ensure our delivery is best practice. This role will see you mentor and guide a team of software engineers to ensure the correct patterns, coding practices, tools, environments, security practices and testing requirements are employed and drive the new cloud integration using Azure functions, microservices and APIs.

About you:
  • Experience providing technical leadership to a team of software engineers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of C#, Azure DevOps and Source control systems, Continuous Delivery tools
  • Proven Testing skills and TDD or Behavioural Driven Development
  • Experience with microservices and API Architecture along with design pattern
  • Experience in Automated Testing
  • Experience with microservices/API architectures
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile and DevOps development methodologies
