Macquarie's Banking and Financial Services (BFS) business is undergoing a transformation and we are looking for an exceptional Transformation Consultant to join us on our mission.
Ultimately reporting into the Chief Operating Officer within the BFS Central & Operations division, you will use your initiative and curiosity to implement solutions.
You will leverage new & existing technologies and methodologies to re-engineer operations, drive efficiency, implement process improvements and develop innovative solutions to drive Client Experience. Other aspects of the role include improving risk frameworks and actively engaging with Macquarie's Operational Excellence Community to reach the optimal result.
