Due to expansion across their accountancy team, they are looking for a Retail/Fashion/Wholesale Accountant to join their business.

Description

Located in West London (Ladbroke Grove), our client is looking for a Retail/Fashion/Wholesale Accountant with responsibility for the following duties:

  • Ensure that all the payments to the suppliers have been made, checked, and clear all the lines related to expenses
  • Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
  • Keeping accounting books and systems up-to-date
  • Ensure that financial statements and records comply with federal state and local financial legal requirements, by studying existing and new legislations and enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
  • Search and study the financial data, conduct ratio analysis, and make subsequent suggestions for improvements
  • KPI reports and analysis

    The successful candidate:

    Retail/Fashion/Wholesale accounting experience (essential)

    Ideally knowledge of Xero (desirable)

    Ideally Italian-speaker (desirable)

    Job Offer

    Salary of £30,000-£35,000
