Accounts & Audit Senior - Growing Inpedendent Firm

This position is an excellent role for an Accounts & Audit Senior who is looking to reduce their amount of Audit work. Additionally, any Accounts & Audit Semi-Seniors with over 2 years' experience who are coming to the end of their studies will also be considered.

An Epsom based accountancy practice, undergoing positive growth and expansion. The firm acts for a wide spectrum of clients and individuals, across wide ranging sectors, industry and sizes to include large corporate clients, smaller OMBs and SMEs along with professional service and not for profit/charity clients. The firm provides the full range of audit, accounting and tax services, along with a focus on client care and an advisory approach, partnering clients with an added value ethos.

Description

Joining the firm as an Accounts and Audit Senior you will take responsibility for a wide ranging client base of limited companies, SMEs, OMBs of varying size and industry sector. There will be a good mix of Audit on clients, groups and other clients across charity/ not for profit and professional services eg solicitors. Alongside this there will involvement on accounts, tax and advisory project work, with a proportion of the client base, sub audit threshold in turnover, with associated accounts and general accountancy practice service requirements. You will develop client relationships and carve a key role in their firms growing accounts and audit department, with genuine scope for career progression and development within the firm and role.

Profile

You will be ACA, ACCA qualified/part qualified , or equivalent with a background in accountancy practice preparing accounts and auditing a wide range of clients, at Accounts and Audit Senior level ideally. You will be looking to further your career in practice with in a growing, well regarded and successful firm accountants. You will be either part/recently/newly qualified or with up to several years or more, post qualified experience , looking to progress and develop your career, in a growing, successful firm.

Job Offer

Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

1pm Finish on Fridays!
