Our client is a corporate law firm with offices in Dublin City Centre. They are currently seeking to recruit a switched on, motivated and professional accounts assistant for join their busy finance function.
This role is working for one of their business units in a stand-alone role but you will have the support of the finance function and all the benefits of an international firm which include; health insurance, pensions, bonus, gym, subsidised canteen and active social club.
This is a varied role that includes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, processing of invoices, as well as general account queries.

This is a permanent position that will offer a salary in the region of ₠35,000 - ₠38,000, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for:
- Processing a high volume of daily office and client account payments
- Dealing with banks on a daily basis
- Processing VAT & VIES returns
- Assisting with the processing of invoices and expenses for purchase ledger
- Assisting with creditor statement reconciliations
- Providing excellent customer service to both external and internal clients
- Liaising with Partners and internal staff in relation to general Finance queries
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years' experience in a general finance function
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Close attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent Communication skills and phone manner
