About The Role
Role Location: Level 32/55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
Role Type: 12 months Secondment

As Administration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a range of operation functions for ANZ Financial Planning. You will also be responsible for supporting the on-going production of Statement of Advice (SoA) documents, internal reporting, helping meet our obligation for delivery of centralised services and our Fee Disclosure Statement (FDS)/Opt-In legislative requirements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Exposure to an account receivable and data reconciliation
  
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  
• Advanced computer literacy skills
  
• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
  
• Knowledge of Financial Planning processes will be an advantage
