职责描述：
• Financial topic owner of service business cases and CoW/Invest in projects.
• Lead the financial evaluation and BC calculation (costs, income, NPV, IRR, Capex, etc). Define and align for all involved business units. Identify and optimize income and costs. Analyze alternatives. Obtain management commitments on financial parameters.
• Target steering for the financial parameters of CoW/Invest projects and overarching (CoW/CoR) topics.
• Steer project cost and investment sharing between NSC and BBA.
• Create and implement financial reporting for projects as needed.
• Identify and clarify CoW/Invest project risks & opportunities regarding taxation, cash-flow, balance sheet, income statement.
• Support the financial committee approval process for CoW/Invest projects in China and HQ from controlling perspective (budget, forecasts, B/U Circle Invest, SK, etc) and closely liaise with Group Finance & Controlling CoC's to secure necessary alignments and approvals.
• Analyze, plan, monitor and review / professionally judge projects and CoR/CoW overarching topics for best possible forecasting, and to identify opportunities as well a risks. This includes the corresponding communication with the busness units in BMW China and BMW AG.
• Support involved business departments in financial affairs and consult them to understand and apply the processes and BMW guidelines.
• Consistent cost planning, controlling and reporting of projects and CoR/CoW overarching topics (Actual, Forecast, Budget, Target Workshops, etc.) in close cooperation with the individual departments.
• Budget/ forecast/ actual status review and cost variance analysis for CoW/Invest projects and CoR/CoW overarching topics, initiate appropriate measures for actions. Lead direct communication with departments, CC owners, B5-CN management and BMW AG (FC-4x).
• Independently review and professionally assess project/overacrhing topic costs for budget applications. Lead the corresponding communication with the respective departments involved in BMW China and BMW AG.
• Work with business and financial departments included in projects (Central functions US-1, Sales, Marketing, etc.) as well as other Finance functions (Accounting, Customs/Tax, Controlling).
• Other contingent tasks as assigned by line manager.
任职要求：
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
- University education and Bachelor / Master degree in finance
- Finance controlling or related fields in multinational company 5 Years+
- Experience in project management 2 Years+
- Knowledge in Controlling, Financial planning & processes.
- Accounting, taxation, Purchasing and related fields.
- Computer literate especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and analyzing skills, convincing personality, assertiveness & perseverance
