This is a permanent stand alone Finance Administrator role reporting into the practice manager. Located in Flemington near Public transport. The role is based in s an established practice with excellent supportive environment.

5 days a week for spread out between 40 hrs or 4 days a week to cover 40 hrs a week.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Experience in using MYOB
  • Process errorless payroll for 40 staff members and all accounts receivable and payable.
  • Reconciliation of bank account and other general ledger accounts.
  • Handling cash payments.

To be successful in this role you will need

  • Prior experience in using MYOB to pay more than 40 people
  • Processing errorless payroll
  • AP/AR skills
  • Bank freconcilliation skills
  • Excellent communication and excellent track record
