Looking to Recruitan Arabic speaking Finance Manager to join AlSadaf Production; a leading sonic and visual production business based in Jeddah KSA. This role will report to the CFO and will manage the full finance function in KSA as a standalone role.
To comply with all reporting, financial management and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies in finance functions performed
To minimize financial risks to which the Group would otherwise be exposed to, in order to achieve its corporate and business objectives
To monitor effectively the supervise expenditure and income in satisfying the business objectives and reporting
Ensure proper implementation of financial solutions (i.e. Accounting Systems)
Efficient processing and recording of financial transactions and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis
To minimize external and internal audit observations
Ensure that finance systems are implemented and consistent within policies and procedures and that all additional risks are fully documented.
To ensure that all activities within the finance department are in accordance with Corporate Finance Policies
Supervise and implement on daily operations full and accurate set of financial management and accounting functions reflecting all finance activities of the country units in a manner commensurate with the relevant legislation and regulation in the territory of operation and subject to internal guidelines.
Implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the supervised country units (e.g. adherence to the budget, expenses, income, other budgetary items, etc.)
Efficient processing and recording of financial transactions and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis
Ensure that finance systems are implemented and consistent within policies and procedures and that all additional risks are fully documented.
