Statutory Compliance Finance Manager

Robert Half are currently recruiting for a commercial real estate services and investment firm. The company is the largest of its kind in the world and operates more than 450 offices worldwide and has clients in more than 100 countries. The organisation offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.

The organisation is currently looking to recruit for a Statutory Compliance Finance Manager. The role will report directly into the Financial Controller and be responsible for ensuring that processes/policies are updated periodically in conjunction with Brokerage and communicated to the team to enable consistency and efficiency around compliance. You will co-ordinate any further changes to auditors/ engagement letters/ fee approvals/ overruns as required and also work with local teams to overcome barriers to timely clean audit completions. As part of your role, you will identify and communicate to management key risks around compliance and ensure correct accounting treatment for entity changes are accurately prepared, documented and completed within ERP and consolidation tools.

Salary and Requirements: £65-70k plus further benefits. All applicants must be fully qualified and be practice trained. Manager level experience within audit is highly desired.
