Newly created role for a Finance Business Partner within a growing housing association in W. Yorkshire. Opportunity for development and progression.

Centrally located in W. Yorkshire, this housing association are going through some great change and development and are looking for a motivated and experience finance business partner to help continue their success.

Description

A great opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing housing association based in W. Yorkshire in a central location.

You will use your accountancy skills to support key stakeholders across the wider organisation including non finance managers.

Ideally candidates will have experience in Home Ownership/Leasehold service charges or experience from working within a highly regulatory environment.

Part of the role will include supporting accounts production for a large number of locations so this could really suit a candidate who has worked through the accountancy practice route or candidates with strong accounts production experience.

You'll be liaising with customers, presenting information to Head of Home ownership and liaising with auditors.

This role currently has one person reporting in, but could also be a great stepping stone to a senior role for right candidate.

Profile

Candidates will be fully qualified - ACA / CIMA / CIPFA / ACCA or have substantial experience of working within the housing and / or property sectors.

Experience of service charges would be extremely useful
