Description

• Liaising with clients on a daily basis by phone and email in order to obtain payment for invoices
• Liaising with the billings team and the recruitment consultants
• Handling queries - not just escalating them
• Working closely with the wider accountancy team and reporting into management
• Manage company vendors
• Chasing from clients in the health and wellbeing industries
• Reconciliations
• Completing credit checks and setting up new customers

Profile

• Brilliant communication skills both written and verbal
• At least 1 year experience in Credit Control
• Strong reconciliation experience
• Must have worked in the recruitment industry before
• Good Excel skills
• Easy going, hard working and strong personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in London
