Part Time - Accounts Assistant
The part time Accounts Assistant will be responsible for all the transnational needs of the organisation and its members.
You will be working three days a week alongside the Finance Manager to help with the smooth running of the finance department.
The client is in the centre of London and is an energy membership body, contributing to renewable energy.
The key responsibilities are:
To cover both sides of the ledger.
To carry out bank reconciliations and bank payments.
To carry out adhoc payments.
To do the accounting for annual events.
To take members payments and carry out some international payments.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and working for a membership body in the past would be very desirable. Experience with Sage 50 would be very useful but isn't essential.
