Job Title: Head of B2B Business Intelligence Location: Group Trinidad Expected Starting Period: Third Quarter 2019 Summary/Objective: The HEAD OF B2B BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE will be responsible for driving revenue from key lines within Digicel Business through customer insights, business analytics, proposition creation and development of new products and services.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage the product analysis function to ensure that the company wide KPIs are met across Corporate Mobile and ICT.
* Drive key revenue streams to grow the product portfolio revenue
* Conducting primary and secondary research on markets across ICT and Corporate Mobile.
* Strategically working at all levels of the business driving key revenue lines.
* Identify and implement new promotions, products or pricing initiatives to drive revenue
* Identifying issues, gathering primary data, and presenting recommendations to key decision makers
* Building strong business relationships with Markets
* Being a key team member on advisory assignments: strategy reviews and development, market assessment, product development
* Analyze and measure performance of key product lines and the overall business through daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPIs for the business.
* Develop tools for insight into product lines for ICT and Corporate Mobile.
* Undertaking continuous market and competitor analysis leveraging customer insights to define product propositions.
* Track the status of existing products and new product developments across the portfolio.
* Designing and executing strategic and financial analyses on prospective markets. Using insight led analytics to work with the Head of B2B Pricing and the Market Heads of Sales to drive the following:
o Churn - Implement and develop key anti churn and SOW initiatives to the base to keep customers on the Digicel network
o Price increase initiatives
o Margin improvements on plans
o CVM activities
o Reduced rebates
* Moving the market to action; developing a plan to implement strategic recommendations; managing execution and tracking success
* Contributing to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables and marketing initiatives
* Coaching and supervising junior staff, developing your leadership skills
* Adhoc reporting and business case analysis
Qualifications:
* Minimum of a First (1st) degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Science (or equivalent professional qualification).
* 10+ years' of experience within the telecom industry
* Sound Knowledge of budget and business case preparation and financial analysis
* Strong project management experience (or qualifications)
