Description

Reporting to the senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for;

  • Preparing the monthly management accounts within agreed time frames

  • Review profit and loss and taking full ownership of balance sheet reconciliations

  • Posting journals, accruals and prepayments

  • Daily reconciliation of the company's bank accounts

  • Cash forecasting on a daily basis

  • Supporting and playing a key role in developing systems and improving current processes

Profile

For the Assistant Management Accountant role, you must have the following skills and experience;

  • Solid academic background and ideally enrolled to start or studying CIMA / ACCA / AAT

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with understanding of debits and credits

  • Strong systems / IT skills, especially Excel

  • Able to work under pressure and demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment

  • Strong desire to learn and progress to become a qualified accountant

  • Property industry experience (Highly desirable)

  • SAP experience (Highly desirable)
