My client are an innovative and forward thinking Engineering organisation who are constantly acquiring new projects and looking to expand. Due to a period of growth they are looking to recruit an Finance Analyst on a permanent basis to play a pivotal part in delivering commercial finance partnering throughout the business and providing financial support, analysis and insight to senior stakeholders across all areas of the business.

Description

As an Finance Analyst your duties will include:

• Reporting into a hands on FP&A Manager
• Working alongside the Head of FP&A to deliver requirements to the investors
• Delivering commercial analysis
• Providing insight into key business drivers and strategic projects
• Responsible for developing and maintaining an annual budgeting & re forecasting model which aligns to the business priorities and KPIs
• Act as business partner to functions and stakeholders across the business
• Produce ad-hoc analysis as required by the Board

Profile

• Ideally Part Qualified or Finalist level candidate
• Must have a background in FP&A
• Experience of presentation and articulation of analysis, supported by strong excel modelling skills
• Living local to Hertford
• Commercial understanding and analysis capabilities
• High levels of drive and resilience, and ability to work under pressure
