We’re looking for talented and passionate creatives to join our in-house studio, as we innovate and redefine banking for the future. Join us as we reimagine services using the latest platforms and technology, to better support our customers’ financial wellbeing.
What’s your mission?
As a Motion Designer within our Manage my Money & Save Value Stream, your mission is to produce amazing work…it’s that simple. As part of our in-house studio, you will be generating compelling content to help transform the way our customers will manage their money day-to-day. Perhaps you’re primarily an animator, or maybe you focus more on motion design, either way, your work is both narratively and visually captivating.
What will your day look like?
Working together with our other artists, you’ll be designing and animating for various projects and mediums. In addition to traditional content avenues, we’re also wanting to focus on interactivity within our app, which will provide an even wider scope for creativity. This project aims to reimagine how we interact with our customers, and assist them on their savings journey, so a creative mind and a willingness to try new things is what we’re after.

This role is permanent fulltime, but we’re open to candidates who require a more flexible arrangement.

What will be in your toolkit?
- Experience as a Motion Designer or Animator/Illustrator
- Proficient in After Effects and the rest of the Adobe suite. Supplementary skills in TV Paint, Flash, or other animation programs helpful but not required.
- An understanding of how to digest a brief and develop creative solutions
- Happy to explore different visual styles, and open to other creative input
- Driven by curiosity, creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues
- An interest in gaming, or an understanding of the more technical side of motion pipelines would be handy but not essential
- Ability to innovate, and push the boundaries of what’s possible
- A keen interest in current and new technologies
- Great taste in music!
