As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees.

This position is based in Riyadh and directly reports to the Credit Control Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

Constantly follow up with customers or salesmen on overdue accounts and resolve any dispute issues arise for non-payment to recover the outstanding debts as soon as possible.

Responsible for all the routine account receivable operating transactions and promptly posting of receipts and maintaining a clean account receivable ledger.

Perform daily credit hold release to minimize credit exposure risk.

Responsible for opening accounts for prospective customers in accordance with the company’s credit policy by investigating their credit-worthiness.

Coordinating with concerned sales staff for clarification about the invoices against which payments are received when amount is not traceable from the outstanding invoices in customer accounts.

Issuing debit notes and credit notes to customers under correct reasons codes and providing information for the same as and when required by the management for analysis purpose.
