Description

Assist in the preparation of management accounts to trial balance for the business.

Accurate allocation and reporting of actual cost to individual production jobs and cost centres in a timely manner.

Liaise with payroll and production to ensure all labour allocations are submitted, processed and reconciled.

Liaise with inter company trading partners to ensure full visibility and reconciliation of recharges.

Liaising with commercial team in preparation of the cash flow forecast.

Development, preparation and presentation of KPI's

Ad hoc reporting and projects as requested my management and key stakeholders and assist with system and process maintenance to maintain and improve controls

Reporting: Distribution of well presented, accurate and timely, weekly and periodic reporting relating to the performance of revenue, cost, sales ledger and purchase ledger

Budget: Supporting the finance manager ensuring effective budgetary control

Process: Day to day maintenance of DFA and summit controls and documentation of all summit access, segregation duties and delegation of authority to sign off spend.

Profile

Qualified accountant with 3 years management accounting experience

Strong excel skills

Driven individual to help develop others and progress the current team in place
