A Great opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Accountant to join one of Birmingham's leading Corporate Finance Function as Transaction Services Manager. Working Directly for the partner you will have excellent development opportunities and ownership in the Birmingham Corporate Finance Market.
Key responsibilities
- Project Manager Clients and confirm scope of projects and resource requirements
- Manage the team and day to day project management
- Deliver Reports
- Work substantially with external stakeholders and clients
- Deliver Pitches to secure new clients
- Due Diligence and Corporate strategy work
Candidates Required Skill Set
- Must be a fully qualified Accountant ideally ACA or ACCA
- Previous experience working within a top tier accountancy practice#
- Strong Financial Due Diligence Experience
- Previous experience in Commercial Finance, M&A, Restructuring, Corporate Finance
- Previous Staff Supervision
