Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading financial due diligence projects (coordination of preparing data books and reports);
• Managing project teams;
• Communicating with clients, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings;
• Preparing presentations and proposals;
• Driving business development activities, taking part in client meetings;
• Conducting internal trainings

We are looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in financial due diligence (2+ big4 experience is preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related area required
• Knowledge of Russian accounting standards and IFRS is a must;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff towards the successful completion of a project
• English – advanced level (business writing skills)
• Proficiency with 1C, Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
• ACCA/CPA/CFA license is an advantage.
