The team are on the hunt for an experienced finance officer to be a part of their growing operation

Tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Accurate entry and end to end processing of invoices (high volume)
  • Supplier / Subcontractor reconciliations
  • Prepare fortnightly payroll in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare all financial reports and payments
  • Process all company financial transactions raising of invoices, variations, process supplier/subcontractor payments in accordance with Financial Accountant requirements
  • Adhere to all company policy and procedures
  • Ad-hoc support to directors

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
  • Certificate IV in accounting or related qualification
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a similar construction or services environment
  • Have exceptional time management skills and be confident in meeting strict deadlines time and time again
  • Consider yourself computer savvy and ideally be familiar with the construction industry software systems
  • You should be hands on and enjoy working with all levels of an organisation top to bottom
  • You should have a desire to succeed and deliver
