This is an exciting opportunity for a property credit controller to join a large and growing property management company in the heart of London.

Description

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Collection of unpaid invoices
  • Ensuring payments are made in a timely manner
  • Working to reduce debtor days
  • Escalating relevant cases if necessary
  • Working with sales team to ensure relationships with clients is maintained
  • Managing a large debt ledger
  • Providing information when cases are escalated to court
  • Maintain accurate records of all monies collected and conversations
  • Credit check new customers

    • Profile

    The successful property credit controller will:

    • Have clear communication skills
    • Have a proven track record with collections
    • Work well under own supervision
    • Be able to show and demonstrate a strong working attitude
    • Have 3 years+ collections exposure
    • Be a well polished individual
    • Work well in a large team (accountancy)
