THE ROLE
The Project Manager (PM) will report to the Coordinator, Regional Cooperation and Integration and will be responsible for the day to day management and implementation of the Facility, including all substantive and administrative matters by, among other things, preparing or managing the preparation of Appraisal Reports, supervising the implementation of projects by grant recipients, and preparing reports and providing information on the performance of the facility.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
* An undergraduate and a post graduate degree in Economics, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Integration Studies, Business, or other relevant discipline.
* Significant experience in Project Design and Management, with at least five years' experience in programme administration specifically in the context of the Caribbean.
Desirable
* Experience in managing and or implementing EU funds.
