Provide day-to-day accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of Real Estate clients and structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures;
Ensuring that all day-to-day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner including monitoring tasks;
Preparation of management accounts and financial statements in compliance with GAAP (US GAAP and PRC GAAP);
Working closely with the relevant Real Estate administration teams to ensure that accounting records are accurate and transactions and activity within the portfolio are understood and incorporated into the accounting ledgers as appropriate;
Prepare the accounting files for review by Manager and auditors; supporting the audit process to ensure the completion of deadlines;
Communicate with tax bureau to understand the updated practices and responsible for tax filling;
Actively participate in systems implementation, billing system, etc.
Perform other duties to support the Manager and team as may be necessary from time-to-time.
Skills and experience:
Over 3 years’ experience in areas of accounting and tax;
Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or related majors is preferred;
Solid knowledge and practice of PRC GAAP, US GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and Forex Regulations;
Knowledgeable in computer skill including MS Office, Oracle or similar;
Good command of both written and oral English;
Strong communication and problem solving skills;
Motivated and driven.
