Immediately Available Management Accountant

This role will support the FD in delivering all financial data and production of statutory and management reporting for all group entities. It boasts the opportunity to heighten your management accounting skill-set as well as managing a team of 2-5.

Description

The key responsibilities include:

• Financial accounting

• Preparation of monthly management information/KPI's for FD review

• Monthly and ad hoc reporting analysis

• Responsible for the accuracy of the P&L's together with capacity and performance KPI's Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for FD review

• Liaising with operational management to review performance against budget

• Assistance with the statutory audit and accounts

• Produce VAT, FX revaluation and inter-company reconciliations

• Regulatory Returns for supervising authorities for all group companies

• Motivate and empower junior members of staff by building their capabilities

• Oversee bank reconciliations Review work performed by junior members of staff and provide regular feedback and training

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE OR ON LESS THE 1 WEEKS' NOTICE PERIOD
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Part qualified/studying towards either CIMA/ACCA/ACA/AAT (or QBE)

• Ideally experience in a managerial role

• Travel experience would be preferable but not essential

• An articulate nature, confidence and a positive mental attitude

• The yearning to step up in their career and take on a vast amount of responsibility

• Experience with SUN system/Kiss flow/ Q&A Vision would be a BIG bonus

• Solid finance systems experience and understanding of change management (Ideally)
