· Preparation of VAT returns of all GCC counties its submission to the relevant tax authorities.
· Organizing external audits of the Group and its subsidiaries in GCC counties along with submission of the tax returns of subsidiaries
· Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
· Ensuring timely disbursement of monthly payroll of entire group as well full & final settlements including indemnity according to applicable labor laws in different GCC countries.
· Maintaining statutory record, minutes book, CR, lease agreements and other related documents.
· Preparation of Management Information Reports etc. for effective financial & tax management.
· Ensure that the business goals and objectives of the Company are met.
· Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team.
· Involvement in the preparation and communication of financial statements
· Ensure IFRS compliance regarding all financial functions
· Review general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation
· Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
· Prepare and present periodic financial budgeting reports including profit and loss of companies under the group, and their forecast vs. budgeted financial
· Ensuring proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software of the Co.
· Any special assignment given by DF/CEO and or other competent authority.
