Factory Finance Business Partner - FMCG

This role is integral to smart decision making on site, managing resources between projects and prioritising at all times. As Factory Finance Business Partner, you will support and challenge the Site GM and SMT, based on facts figures and analysis, with objective views on where focus is needed and what actions may need priority.

An FMCG business gearing up for their next growth phase who require a true finance business partner and someone who can coach not only finance but also operations in taking the business to new heights.

Description

You will be responsible for weekly and monthly results and will understand root cause issues and opportunities, to drive better performance.

As a key member of the SMT, you will drive accountability on delivery with the Site GM. The critical assessment of performance by line, area and process whilst proactively seeking solutions and collaborating with other departments to ensure key financial reporting is provided in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for tracking key initiatives e.g. value engineering, major capex, waste/efficiency projects and restructuring plans etc.

As Factory Finance Business Partner you will use facts, figures and analysis to identify and prioritise site cost improvement plans. Working closely with the Site GM, you will develop a robust forward strategy, with action plans and initiatives.

Profile

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Ideally, extensive experience within the FMCG/Manu arena
• Experience of coaching teams to challenge themselves and aid better performance
• Someone who can get stuck into the detail and roll their sleeves up

Job Offer

• £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary
