About the company:
This large market leading organisation is enjoying an exciting period of growth and are wanting to expand their payroll team to help support this. You will be part of a busy shared services environment, working as part of a team to process high volume end to end payroll. This initially will be a temporary contract with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
About the position:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with end to end fortnightly and monthly payroll processing, as well as the associated administrative tasks. You will maintain payroll data, such as setting up new starters, leave requests, and adjustments to allowances and deductions. You will also assist with superannuation, workers comp, and long service leave payments, as well processing redundancy and termination calculations.
About you:
You will have demonstrated experience working in a high volume and dedicated payroll environment. Ideally you will have used a major payroll system such as SAP, Chris21 or Oracle, as well as having intermediate excel skills. You will love deadlines, and attention to detail is a must! Your exceptional customer service, communication, interpersonal skills will see you excel in the role.
