Specific Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on collected data within mandated time frames
  • Develop reports and analysis to support multiple clients and teams
  • Developing system and internal enhancements as well as process flows
  • Prepare client invoices for multiple projects and track receipt of payment
  • Assist in revenue and expense projections on an annual and quarterly basis
  • Analyze actual to budget results monthly
  • Communicate effectively with client and staff
  • Reconcile bank account and monitor uncashed checks
  • Process and track accounts payable vendor invoices
  • Work within a team to accomplish other duties on the project to meet necessary deadlines
  • Produce 1099's and monitor any issues related to provider payments
  • Process EFT provider enrollments

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate several ongoing assignments while meeting deadlines and performance goals
  • Detailed orientated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Access and Word
  • Experience with Sequel is a plus
  • Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required
  • 2+ years' experience of financial analysis or relevant academic experience
