We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Nexus Corporate team in Plymouth. The Senior Financial Analyst role will provide financial planning, reporting and analysis in support the organization. Preforms research and analysis and prepares recommendations aimed at optimizing the business in line with leadership teams. Develop into a subject matter expert with financial planning software. Responsibilities:Partner with Site and Corporate leadership to create insightful analysis that supports business decisionsDevelop and present financial models for business development projects as needed (New Program, Acquisition, de novo)Develop and present organizational forecasting and annual budgetPrepare quarterly and annual cost reports.Participate in internal and external audits.Pro–actively identify opportunities for process improvement in existing business processes that impact Finance and participate in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve processes and procedures.Manage special projects and serve as the project leader when assigned.Other duties as apparent or assigned. Qualifications:Education, Credentials and ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA preferred.Minimum of 4 years related financial analysis experience involving budgeting, variance analysis, auditing, forecasting, data mining, cost reporting, report writing and project management; prefer experience working for a non–profit organization.Valid driver's license. Must meet state regulating agency and Corporate driving requirements. Physical Demands:Must be able to sit for long periods of time and utilize general office equipment continually (computer, phone, calculator, etc).Visual acuity necessary to spend lengthy periods of time at the computer.Bending, twisting and reaching conducive to an office environment.Very infrequent lifting of no more than 30 pounds.
